Popularly used in NHRA Quick 16, the 3TC is a very popular choice among drag racers. It is an 8 valve head with a hemispherical chamber with a simple pushrod design. Capable of power levels above 1000Hp with extreme turbo setups. Our head offer gains of 50CFM on the intake and 20CFM on the exhaust at 0.450 lift. Due to most people using turbos, the intake is kept sufficiently small in order to not break into the pushrod clearance holes. Our billet version is great for extreme applications and is for drag racing only (no cooling). Holes are added to allow use of factory cooling lines. Oversize seats are available as are all valvetrain components.
